Contribuer aux commentairesUpon entering, the restaurant had a strong odor reminiscent of dirty mop water and mold. The tables were unclean and sticky, which was off-putting. I couldn't understand why all guests were seated in one congested area when the restaurant had plenty of empty space. Before even receiving my meal, I had to kill a fly that landed on my menu. Now, onto the food—it reminded me of a frozen dinner from the 1980s! I paid twenty dollars for boiled shrimp scampi that was entirely lacking in flavor. The salad was made up of large chunks of lettuce core. Overall, this place is in dire need of a serious revamp.
The food, as always, was excellent! However, I wasn't too pleased with our server. He kept acknowledging our requests but then got caught up with other orders and forgot about us. That said, it was a busy night and the restaurant was quite crowded. All the handicapped parking spots were taken, so we had to ask if we could park in the pickup area. My sister-in-law uses a mobility chair, and I mentioned that when we were seated at our table, which turned out to be a booth. Unfortunately, we had to move because the mobility chair doesn't fit in a booth.
My takeout order was ready faster than my last three visits to fast food places. I can hardly wait to get home and enjoy the delicious aroma of the food. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!
The food and service were great. I jumped out of my comfort zone and tried a new dish: Shrimp Fritto Misto. It was delicious!
Food was good, but, our server was extremely disrespectful. She never introduced herself, she threw our coasters to us because it 's a very long table . It was a 7 seat table. She didn 't walk around to give a burning hot plate to my aunt and I burned my hands because of that. She almost hit my cousin in the face with a plate, almost spilled our drinks as she passed them through the center of the table, and all was done with an attitude. She then came back with a copy of our ticket asking why we didn 't tip her. We explained to her why she didn 't receive a tip and she got offended. Worst service ever
