Wendy's Restaurant - Franchise

I visited this wendy 's and the menu in the drive by showed that

I'm really a big wendys fan. unfortunately this place will always be my order wrong. the fries are cold and the burger is made sloppy ketchup everywhere. I said sharp nuggets I don't have. I'm sorry, but I'm not coming back.

First attempt to order, the food was cold and wrong, the iced coffee is definitely mid. Second attempt, food is warm but still wrong. The lady in the drive thur window seemed annoyed that I actually wanted my order correct…I politely asked for a refund, I’m good on the sass. She let me keep my drink, though.

Went to drive-through wasn't busy but waited for my order. Fries were soggy and cold, hamburger was like it was made a week ago, soda had too much syrup. So threw in the trash total waste. The crew was all over the place in chaos yet it wasn't busy and the food was old and cold. It literally is like they made it days ago and just reheated it. Total unsafe way to serve food even junk food like this. Health department needs to go in. Super dirty and food is literally old it can't be cooked that day

Sat at the box in the drive through for awhile without hearing anything so I said “hello?” This guy immediately said in the nastiest most aggressive tone, “I’m DOING SOMETHING you need to WAIT” trash. He told us to come inside if we wanted to order, but it didn’t feel safe. No wonder no one was there. We left.
