Jet's Pizza - Huber Heights

I ordered pizza and wings on Superbowl Sunday from the Huber Heights, Ohio location and the order was horrible. the wings were burnt and so was the pizza. I called the restaurant and the Manager seemed to care less about my complaint. Guess I could have spent $40 at Domino 's or another establishment.

Their pizza is so good. Love the Detroit style deep dish pizza! It's fantastic! The service is good. Although once they forgot to make my order or something happened between the phone operator who took my order and the store...my pizza wasn't ready for pick up, but they quickly made it and apologized. Super nice staff. Highly recommend their pizza, and the mishap only happened once. Wish they'd offered a discount or something for the confusion, but it's OK. IT was worth the wait. Great job guys. I always order a little extra sauce and cheese and it makes it even better. So yummy. They are kinda expensive but it's worth it and it's comparable to other pizza places who have good pizza.Parking: Plenty of parking it's not a dine in resteraunt.

There was about an hour and a half wait between ordering and having our food delivered which wasn't a problem. The problem is that they're right down the street from me and our cheesy bread was cold and was basically a block of cheese and our BLT pizza was also cold and covered in soggy brown lettuce. It honestly looked like they let it sit on the counter for the hour and a half wait before they decided to deliver it. I get they may be busy but I don't understand how a store that's less than 5 minutes down the street is going to deliver cold pizza. and for $49? I shouldnt receive ice cold food covered in soggy brown lettuce. Someone knock some since into me next time I wanna order from here again. Unfortunately they delivered right before they closed so I'll just order dominos for dinner tonight but I plan on giving them a call in the morning.

Best carry out Pizza in the Dayton area, get an 8 corner Detroit Pizza and you know what I am talkkng about.
