Contribuer aux commentairesI had a terrible experience at the bar on the night of October 29, 2022. The bartender was unfriendly and seemed to have no interest in her job. She wasn't knowledgeable about the wine selection, and the place was cluttered with dirty dishes. After a long shift, I just wanted to relax, catch the game, and enjoy some good food and service. Honestly, I would have been better off going home and making a sandwich—it was that disappointing. If you're unhappy with your job or dealing with people, you should consider finding a new one. The manager really needs to evaluate their staff, as I left feeling very disappointed. I used to be a regular here, but now I don't plan to return. We were ignored and had to ask for everything we needed.
Later, when we were reviewing the bill, I noticed several discrepancies. The waitress kindly went over it with me and found that I had been charged two or three times for the dish that had the hair, along with some other mistakes. She informed the manager to correct my order. When she returned, she told me that the manager refused to remove the charge for the meal with the hair in it, but did fix everything else. I was surprised because I never asked for that charge to be removed; I was still willing to pay for all the food. It seemed like the right thing to do would have been to take it off the bill. It appears I don't understand customer service anymore. Overall, we won't be returning to this location, and possibly not to Chili's at all. The food wasn’t particularly impressive. The only reason I'm giving them any stars is because of our wonderful waitress—at least the young lady we had. Update (9/26): To add to our unfortunate experience, both my husband and daughter have come down with food poisoning. My husband had the honey chipotle chicken tenders, and my daughter had the Cajun shrimp pasta.
I'm so glad to see you have new staff! I've been coming here for years, but my last visit was quite disappointing—everything felt warm and smelled off, and the food wasn't great. However, the bartender was fantastic. I'm sorry I can't remember his name; he was a friendly tennis player and a wonderful conversationalist. We might just return if he's behind the bar!
I would rate -0 let?s be honest guys with these reviews! Chili?s use to be my go spot for a quick meal and drink if I wanted . Today this location really made me think otherwise. After being patient with the newbie waitress came to realize my ticket wasincorrect. The manager was called and she was very rude and nonchalant and oh I said rude . Words can?t even explain myfrustration with this location. Team member s have low moral and motivation to assist the paying customers that come and tipthem for their service. The current manager there needs to go . She?s not fit for the job , Jennifer is what I was told her namewas. She did not want to adjust my ticket and talked sh.. the whole time. She got mad at her new employee for not knowing andtook it out on me. Not cool I for sure went off on her because it was not called for . This location is going down you can tell- it use to be packed, now it?s a last resort for customers. If you can?t handle the position let someone handle it and you takeanother job. Jennifer , please reconstruct yourself you are a leader your team members have no one to depend on..if you can?tfix a customers ticket then say that and let someone else handle . Very embarrassing that I had to go off on her because she hadan attitude the whole time as I was calm and cool she walked away during me explaining what was wrong on my ticket .. becauseshe didn?t want to handle it . Smh waiting for someone from corporate to contact me in our interaction today.
Tonight was my second experience sitting at the bar of this Chili's location on a Friday night, and unfortunately, it was disappointing once again. The bartender seemed to lack any personality, which made for an uninviting atmosphere. Last weekend, I was with a group of four, and it took an eternity to receive our drinks. This time, it was just me, and I didn't even get napkins or silverware. As soon as my food arrived, the bartender immediately inquired if I was ready to order anything else or if I wanted the bill. I ordered the Queso Blanco curly fries, but there were hardly any fries on the plate. I've heard that the Atascocita location is much better.
