Contribuer aux commentairesWhen my wife and I walked in, no other customers were there. Yet we weren 't even acknowledged not a hello, or a welcome not even a I 'll be right with you . We were ignored by the only worker behind the counter. She was assembling a to go order for someone not in the store, apparently. After a time another worker came from the back. He spoke so quietly I could not hear him. We almost left to go to the Marco 's place a few steps away. This is NOT the way to treat customers! And by the way black olives have been discontinued???
Google shows this location closing at 10pm on a Saturday. Tried to order online at like 9:20. It crashed. Pulled up at 9:39, they turned off the open sign and locked the door as I exited my vehicle. This location has to be better! Last time I came here, about 2 years ago, I said I was never coming back due to awful services. Nothing has changed!
One person working. Very slow. This is the 2nd or 3rd time its only one person. Management needs to do better!
Only one lady working and doing all DoorDash/Postmates etc. Didn’t acknowledge anyone when they walked in. Waited 30 mins since I felt bad for her and when I asked if she was the only one she immediately said “call the number to file a complaint, that’s what everyone does.” I didn’t ask her the question to complain, I was just concerned and willing to wait. After 3 different pickups and passed 30mins, I walked out. This location needs help!
