Papa's Pit More - Huntington

You have burgers that blow your mind away. And a good violent side of Fritten, homemade, that's it. All this Burger connection doesn't have what Papa has.

Google maps found this place for us as we travel north through East Texas and it proved to be an excellent lunch break. It was quite busy and a little waiting because we came right there for lunch and this is definitely a local hotspot as it is a way from the main road. I had the daily special that was basically a hamburger with all the blows and more fries than a person should try to eat. The service was very good, prices reasonable and foods above expectations. Would definitely recommend there is an attempt.

Eat! The turkey was so surprisingly tasteful and the bbq sauce and all sides were great! The pulled pork roads tacos and pecan cobbler were also very good! We loved it so much that we went back the next day and ordered ribbed plates and the ribs were tenderly falling apart and the best I ever had! And the Blackberry bull and banana pudding were also amazing! We can't wait to eat here again!

Everything from the bbq menu is good. The burgers are okay. The Pommes are terrible. Salad's okay. Workers are super nice. Baked pimples and cheese sticks are good. Ice is great. That's good. Tea is good. I had better burgers in Brookshire's grocery restaurant page. I wouldn't return to the Burger Basket. But I would come back for the bbq elements. AC is good inside. The parking lot sucks the eyes. So if you want a good grill, this is the place to go if you are always looking for a good Burger combo.

Best BBQ and street tacos around! The salads are amazing as well.
