Burger King - Huntsville

Omg love this location!! Great people, fresh yummy hot fries and my sandwich was perfect. You guys rock!!

Drive through employees are extremely rude food was cold and they only gave me one packet of dipping sauce for 2 8 piece nuggets and this is not the first offense the cashier in the dining room was very rude as well a few days prior I will be taking my buisness to the gurley location from here on

I have not went to this Burger King in over 6 months because the service there 6 months ago was horrible. The people working there were rude and to plainly speak ghetto, the food was not good. I decided to give it another chance the other day and was very pleased. There is obviously new faces there and hats off to the new manager who has turned this BK around. The service was impeccable from ordering my food, paying for it and when I got home with my food it was hot and ready to eat in the order was right. This Burger King is right down the road from my house and my family loves BK so I'm very happy to see this establishment turned around.

that was one of the worst almost food experiences I ever had. I wrote all the details listed in my review in the restaurant on her feedback on the quittung, so I will try to remember. but that was very long and it was not busy. a customer came back to ask for a refund while we waited. the weighting was that the wobble rings were punctual. I think they offered to make him more, but he insisted on a refund (the manager on service.) I watched because I had also ordered wobble rings. during this waiting period the cook prepared chickensuggets, mozzarella sticks and chicken patties on sandwiches (the manager helped with the patties.) they continued to serve the same wobble rings and I finally got the same wobble rings. yes, they were terrible! stale was a big word to describe. Moreover, the manager at pommes took that I noticed about 10 minutes before the guy scorched and he threw them under the heat lamp into the bin. they were sitting outside for about 20 minutes and I didn't know what was in the bag until he did. the müll was overrun that there was müll (street developers, taking in, laying in) and other things on the counter. the frozen soaking machine behind the counter had melted drinks in the bottom of two cups that stayed there for the whole time. first I thought they were supposed to get drip from the machine, but no. I didn't leave it out of no reason. it was a terrible experience, and I would have fired everyone except the one who makes the sandwiches. all the others have to go!

to dinner. Rude employees. have looked home and saw two big bites from the burgerpatty. I can deal with everything else, but without food, that is mere minimum. never come back
