Wendy's - Huntsville

In any case it loved to go to the wendy’s on state around 72 in madison al! I wish everyone was as friendly as the dame in register! She said she worked for wendys since she was 16. she made my day so nice to talk! also thank you for being open on the inside. I really appreciate that! keep the good work as I will be again! if I could give you more stars! Thanks again!

Good food,French fries must be hot, they are always cold, but all else is great

Do not order on the app. Every time they say it's not showing up. I show where I was already charged and what I ordered several times and when I finally got my order nothing was even close to being right. I doubt they can do anything about the app not sending orders to the store but they could have gotten my order right I even text a screenshot to an employee last time. I've also ordered a few times and they were closed early when I got there and I never got a refund. So really I don't know how service is otherwise but definitely don't use the app. I kept trying because our order is always complicated. But I won't be using it again at least for a while.Editing to add- we do actually enjoy the food here when we get what we order.

I read the reviews of this and the other local Wendy’s and they are very bad. they also match my experiences in pastness. I stopped eating at wendys about three years ago because of the terrible service, cold eating, wrong order and dirty eating areas; these are the same complaining in the reviews. cool weather had come and I really wanted some wendys chili (wendy is one of my favorite almost food restaurants earlier) so I went a gamble and went to get some chili and frostys for the kids. it was at night and the outer sign was not encouraging. the staff was very friendly and polite, there was almost no waiting time (less than one minute) and eating was very fresh. the chili was hot and tasted as it was years ago. the frostys were good and not opaque or added dropwise over the outside of the cup. I have to go back to this place and see if this is consistent and change rating to 4 stars when it is. I also noticed that at least 4 employees work. many of these companies are busy with 2-3 employees and I think that's a reason why quality has passed over the board. it is not because of covid, or they can not work anyone who are just saying out they give to the public, the fact that they are greedy and do not want to pay for the appropriate staff levels and do not care when it is overwhelmed with workers and do not make sure that there are customers to get extremely bad service and product. this crew has done a great job in this night and had enough workers to cope with dinge.
