Honestly most horrible experience ever witnessed. If I could give this a 0 star, I would give it a 0. Spent OVER $100 just to receive stubborn cold food, was not cooked properly and was super hard and cold, had to ask several times to microwave the food. Didn’t end up eating the food at all because of how disgusting it tasted, the eggs tasted sour, probably expired food. The crispy fish was extremely hard, hurt my teeth to bite. service was horribly slow which was understandable as there were many people but the staff were not nice at all. Drinks were even worse, spent like $20 on drinks and asked for bubble tea. two of the bubble teas that were ordered after the first one tasted horrible. super bitter and even after asking for extra sugar it tasted DISGUSTING. We asked the boss why the second ordered milk teas tasted completely different to the first and all they said is that they would add extra sugar then overheard the waitress telling the boss that they replaced black tea with green tea for the 2 cups because black tea had run out. As someone that has worked for years serving boba, you NEVER make milk tea with green tea and in fact mixing green tea with milk tea powders that are made for milk tea may cause food poisoning. Green tea are used for fruit teas and black teas stay used for milk teas. If you had ran out on black tea, simply say so and we wouldn’t have ordered. Don’t entirely mix your ingredients up and not speak a work about it. Absolutely disgusting, used to eat so much years ago at this place but recently it has just been bad experiences over and over again. I can’t even bother arguing with the staff about the food and drinks, waste of time and they aren’t understanding at all. I have never in my life had such a bad experience. Do not go here. After telling this experience to friends, and so on, we were told by an ex worker that they use food laying out for weeks to cook and many of the food used aren’t eatable at all. Now feel absolutely disgusted that friends and family have been coming here to eat this overpriced uneatable disgusting food. Whatever you do, go to another restaurant, NOT recommended at all to come to such a place.

Great taste and value. The variety is astonishing considering the size of the place. Limited seating but tables turn fast. Personal favourites are the Bento boxes. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: A$1–20 Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
