202 Hamburger Delicious - Ibiza

Last night I was waiting for 2,5 h for our food and I tried to call the restaurant but it was closed so I decided to just wait and call back today. Shockingly I got yelled at from the moment they picked up the phone. We liked their burgers so been regulars for months. The one who picked up the phone said he was the owner and actually yelled at me immediately and even threatens me calling me names etc. then he hanged up on me. I’m shocked, I never expected this and not only did I pay for food I never got but now I’m sitting with a bad feeling from being yelled at for minutes. He called me back and continued to yell until my boyfriend took the phone then he hung up on us again. Now he’s constantly sending me voice messages on WhatsApp, and I can’t believe how unprofessional this restaurant is. All I wanted was our food, or at least the money back. I didn’t even get to speak before he verbally attacked me, how is it possible to behave like that to your customers? We are the reason you even can run a restaurant. It’s way over the limit and quite sickening how you treat someone like that. Beware of crazy owner! He sounds dangerous

I came when it should Have been open and staff asked me to wait until it grill if was warm. I waited for 39 minutes and then no one came and suddenly delivery boy was taking orders in his Moto. I addressed and Monica was very rude and still no one came to take my order. I asked form my bill quite upset and she said I am extra I don't care. I can't judge the burger but I can say they were all scremi g in the kitchen and still no food came...after when I spoke to someone all he said is that I looked like I had no sex life and asked me to leave. Never more Go to the Butcher they are amazing!

Great food, amazing atmosphere. I recommend this place to everyone. Cheese cake is the best I know in town.

Very good attention from the waiters and very good food are one of the best burgers on the island accompanied by the best potatoes and sauces, the cooks do a good job!
