Floyd's Famous Bbq - Iloilo

Food is more or less okay, but service only so-so They could do a lot better, but will they? Service was much better more than a year ago, but has been declining... it also means food quality is also not what it used to be.

Floyd's Famous BBQ Delgado suggested they will give us a refund of our money after we returned the 1 fried chicken meal we ordered 4x due to a **** chicken, rice with scouring pad thread and the replacement rice too had human hair in it. Yes, we did get a refund after more/less 3 minutes of waiting for a 3rd replacement of the rice that they never served.

We ordered fried chicken for our 5 year old daughter. The chicken was ****. We asked it to be cooked. When it finally arrived, the rice has a part of a GREEN SCRUBBING PAD in it. So we returned it again. After they replaced the rice with another cup, AGAIN THE RICE HAS FOREIGN MATTER on it and it's someone's HAIR. Thank you for a job well done Floyd's!

I ordered a family size barbecue spareribs family size chicken wing basket and a family size french fries and onion rings with two white rice. I asked the assistant manager if they deliver upstairs to Day Inn. Ten minutes later I received my order, I.e., missing fries, rice They said they were not ordered. I paid again for the missing fries. Waited. Then I received a pork ribs half fat and bone/meat. Bottom line “don’t trust Flloyds BBQ” in the Atrium. I count them in a lie, cheating me out of food and stealing from me. Really!?!?!?

We really love their food; it's both affordable and delicious, especially the chicken and the cheerful burger steak. I hope they consider franchising in Bacolod!
