Viva Pizza Wings - Immokalee

I received outstanding and friendly service during my visit. I ordered the Supreme Pizza to go, and it was the best pizza I've ever had. The prices are reasonable, and I will definitely return. The staff were lovely, with beautiful smiles!

The pizza was tasty, but we felt taken advantage of. Without any warning, they charged us $1.80 each for a glass of water... served in a PAPER cup. It's fine to charge what you need to, but please let me know first. I won’t be coming back. It reminded me of the experiences I had in NJ or NY, not the small-town friendliness of Immokalee.

Recently, we decided to give it another shot and ordered the Sicilian pizza and wings again, this time requesting extra pizza sauce on the side and extra ranch for the wings. Unfortunately, this pizza arrived completely without sauce—neither on top nor on the side. The wings were even worse than the first time, and we received two ranch cups that were nearly empty. When we tried to call again, the phone rang for ten minutes before we discovered they were closed for the night. The next day, I attempted to reach them again, but the manager was unavailable and promised to return my call, which never happened. By the third attempt, I gave up since I was back in Fort Myers for the rest of the week. Overall, the service was abysmal, the food was subpar, and despite requesting specific items like extra sauce, we consistently received the opposite. I tipped well during both visits, only to be disappointed with the quality of the food once I got home. I truly regret my decision to order from here.

The pizza was disappointing and definitely overpriced! We arrived around 8 o'clock and didn't receive our food until about 9:15, even though we were the only customers in the restaurant.

I ordered the Veggie Pizza with added pepperoni on a large thin crust, and it was honestly one of the best pizzas I've ever had! The total came to around $18.00, including tax, and it was worth every penny for a small-town pizza shop. I requested a cup of parmesan cheese and crushed red peppers, and they didn't charge extra for them! However, I was a bit disappointed that they didn't have Greek peppers (pepperoncini). Regardless, I’ll definitely keep coming back! I’m giving this place 5 stars—it’s well deserved!
