Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Indiana

Chicken was good, but the wait was long and they were not even that busy. We got the 8 piece family meal which contained: 1 breast, 3 thighs, 2 legs, and 2 wings with 4 biscuits and one side of Mac and cheese. No drinks and the total was $23.52. Other than the chicken, everything else was so so. Pretty pricey for fast food chicken. I probably will not be back.

Ordered a 3 piece dark meat meal with fries and an apple pie. Ended up with 2 dark meat and 1 white meat, barely any fries, and a strawberry cream pie. I have never had a worse experience in any fast food place in my life. It?s sad to see a business that just opened, fail so miserably. By far the worst Popeyes I?ve ever been to.

Stop 2 days in a row first day ordered tender meal with Mac cheese through the drive thru get to my destination to find out they gave me mashed potatoes. Today I stop in for an 8 piece meal all dark meat and I get a mixture of white and dark they did get the mac cheese right this time but the chicken pieces were small the drumstick looks like a wing

I?ve been to other Popeyes and the food was really good. This was my first experience in Indiana. The two chicken sandwiches we received were drenched in oil and the buns were old. Had to throw them away. They definitely have a training issue.

I?ve been here a number of times since they opened, I feel like everyone has a great positive attitude and yes they are learning and things can be forgotten they are all new and learning to work together. Good things take time and you can see these people are really willing to learn and do their best. It?s fast food it will never be perfect. I enjoy it every time!
