Farmer Boys - Indio

I had the fish and fries at this restaurant, and I was impressed by the generous portions. The fish is hands down the best I've had in quite a while—crispy on the outside and tender and flavorful on the inside. I also got a side of zucchini, which was not only huge but cooked to perfection. The drive-thru service was quick, which was a nice bonus for me.

I have to say, they are fantastic! The food truly speaks for itself, and they are likely one of the freshest restaurants in Indio, where everything is made to order. I visited on Veteran's Day for the FREE BIG CHEESE, and it was absolutely delicious! The fries are incredible too. Overall, your food is EXCELLENT! The service is also wonderful—super friendly and welcoming!

I don't usually take the time to rate restaurants, but I have to say this one was truly disappointing. The chicken sandwich was rubbery and absolutely drenched in mayonnaise—seriously, it felt like I was eating mayonnaise with a side of chicken. We also ordered the chicken BLT, and the lettuce was limp and old, overloaded with fake guacamole. As for the fries? They were cold—like they had been sitting out overnight. Overall, it was not a pleasant dining experience.

Great burger good price. The zucchini sticks were huge and perfectly cooked.
