The Karlin Inn - Interlochen

I went for a cod dinner tonight but ended up choosing the Alaskan hake fish for $17.50. They also offered an "all you can eat" option for just $2 more, which seems a bit ridiculous for a fish that I wasn't familiar with. The presentation was unappealing, so I decided to leave and I won’t be returning unless they bring back cod. Even then, I’m concerned they might try to pass off hake as cod, so I might just avoid this place altogether.

The Karlin Inn was amazing. The staff was very polite and patient. The fries were delicious, especially with the ranch dressing! I tried the Italian Stallion sandwich, and it was absolutely delicious—fresh and with a fantastic texture. I would give it a 10/10. I’m definitely going back!

Historic tavern... my father-in-law visited this place back in the 1930s!

Did a sip and paint with Lisa and enjoyed some refreshments and some food. Great time with my daughters and friends. Love these paint parties. I'm so glad they are provided locally.

Wonderful stop in the area!!! Lovely atmosphere, great staff. Hit the spot for cool-October lunch after a very late night the day before. We enjoyed the french dip and burgers. Recommend. Fries were crispy and tasty as well
