Givanni's Iowa City

Overall disappointed. Eating was good, not great. after 4 years (daughter was college student at university) we went into almost every iowa city restaurant. we saved this for the conclusion. in any case, this was an experience. the chop house and pullman are far superior.

My man and I have decided to try joseph’s for our jubilee. very happy that we made it! our waiter was incredibly friendly, patient and helpful with suggestions. we felt that our halibut and steak dishes were absolutely delicious! I tried yucca for the first time. we will definitely come back!

A great fine dining restaurant in Iowa city ! I am not a huge fan of steak or meat in general, but their menu is very accommodating! I ordered the mushroom tortellini and every bite was like heaven. Even if you don't like some of their dishes that they are known for, give this place a try because their other menu options will still give you a wonderful experience. Staff is also very friendly and knowledgeable if you have any questions.

Martin, our waiter, was fantastic. Very knowledgeable about the menu and wine list. Very energetic and made the evening fun for our party of 6. I've eaten a 5-stars around the country and the food here was equal too, or better than, any of them. The food was fantastic and reasonably priced and between the food and Martin, made the evening very special.

Joseph’s never disappoints. Their attention to detail is wonderful. Love the food and service. Cheers!
