Just went for coffee and biscuits, left the line because of the excessive wait over 20 minutes. Meal type: Breakfast Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I was going through the drive-thru to get an ice cream cone on my way to work. I saw that the vehicle in front of me had a large $40+ order. I ordered my cone and didn't realize that there were a total of 4 cars ahead of me. I sat without moving for 10 minutes. I understand that businesses, especially fast food, are short staffed at times. But can they not inform the customers in instances like this that there may be an increased wait time? As much as I hated doing it, I had to leave the line so I could get to work. Sorry McDonald's for the waste of an ice cream cone. I would have much rather have eaten it. Our nuggets were soggy. The McFlurry I ordered was practically already melted and the girl that handed it to me was licking her hand as she turned to hand it to me. Their soda machines had no ice and the sprite was carbonated water not sprite. Worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.
