In fact, she apologized multiple times for the poor experience we had a few months ago, which was more than what the district manager had done at the time. Thanks to the outstanding service we received from Carissa, I would rate today’s visit 5 stars.
This was the worst McDonald's coke I ever had and my quarter pounder was cooked like a smash burger. This is not smash burger!
The fries are consistently cold, the food is rarely prepared properly, and there's a 50/50 chance of your order being incorrect.
A women who I believe to be the manager does nothing but yell at the top of her lungs. Store wasn't even busy and she sounds like a drill Sargent. Between shouting people orders and shouting at the crew ir was the most unbearable 10in I have ever spent in a McDonald's. Power tripping management is NOT a good look.
As for the food, it was disappointing. The fries tasted old and stale, the nuggets were cold, and I received a drink that wasn’t what I ordered. The following night, I used the drive-thru and was overcharged, although they did refund me. Overall, I think this place really needs to work on improving its staff and service.
