Miyabi Shabu - Irvine

The food was delightful, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. It wasn't noisy at all. Overall, a great experience!

This is the most delicious shabu-shabu restaurant in Irvine. The quality of the meat is outstanding, and the sauce is delicious. I ordered ribs today, and the marbling was exquisite. The staff is also incredibly friendly, making it a place I always want to return to. I will definitely be back soon!

The best lunch special! Working in Irvine, I have plenty of dining options during lunch. However, Miyabi is truly a standout. I've been coming here for a few years, and it never fails to satisfy. I ordered the beef belly lunch special with yuzu broth, and it was absolutely delicious. This dish really transported me to flavor town! This was my first time trying the yuzu broth, and I can't imagine going back now. It's a fantastic place to enjoy a meal with friends, whether for lunch or dinner. The service is great, and the restaurant is always clean. I can't wait to return for my next visit!

I have been here numerous times and they are still good every time. The only negatives are that they have gotten more expensive and the amount of udon and glass noodles have gotten smaller. Now onto the positives. I love the toro (beef belly), which I order every time, at least for my last few visits. My favorite broth is their Spicy Miso Tonkotsu. I love that they allow heat drops in both the broth and sauces if we want an extra kick. On my last visit, I did two heat drops in my broth and my goma, and one heat drop in my ponzu, which was perfect. I might do 3 or 4 heat drops in my broth for my next visit though. One thing that I tried in my last visit was the peach beer, which I thought was delicious.
