Surprisingly, the food here is fantastic. Get ready to be impressed by both the quality of the food and the exceptional service. The pancakes are incredibly soft, and the biscuits and gravy come generously coated in gravy. Overall, the biscuits are fluffy, the waffles are perfectly crispy, and the eggs are seasoned just right. Don't let the exterior or location of the restaurant deter you; it may not look appealing, and I even felt a bit uneasy at first, but I would gladly brave it all for the amazing food.

Shorty's is the best breakfast place in Irving! Service is always amazing, food is perfect. It is hole in the wall gem.Vegetarian options: Like most breakfast places, it is easy to get something without meat.

I have been wanting to try this restaurant out, I'm glad we did! The family all loved they're breakfast. So much so, we even ordered lunch to go. We will definitely be going back!Food: 5/5
