Papa John's Pizza - Isleta Pueblo

Ordered square cut well done. Not square cut and pizza floppy and soggy

Ordered from here tonight and it was a TERRIBLE experience!!! 1. The wait was 60mins and we weren’t told that until after we paid. 2. Fast forward 1 1/2 later and the tracker claims it’s delivered and it hasn’t been! We call the store and they say it’s because my number is disconnected! But why does that matter you have the address. 3. They bring it back (another 30 mins later and the pizza is cold!! 4. Then when we call to complain the manager proceeds to cuss us out because they didn’t come the door (unprofessional!! 0/10 won’t be ordering from here again

Do not order here. Same excuse of the “system” not reporting accurately when in reality it’s them clearing out orders so wait time doesn’t show them not being able to keep up. Metrics corp looks at. No other papa johns does this in town and the female manager (Shelby? saying it’s because my house is far from their location isn’t great. Be honest. It goes farther than a pattern that seems to be an issue with this location. Pizzas arrived cold. Save yourself the hassle.

The night manager Nesha was so kind and helpful! 5 out of 5 stars for her! We will be back to see her again :

Update on this store, don’t try to take back a pizza they got wrong…….. they wouldn’t remake or give my money back because the driver and cook don’t know how to do their job. And the manager OMG doesn’t know how to treat customers. Customer service is trash and the ingredients or not even what I ordered so false advertisement!
