Very disappointed! I had PREORDERED my BERRY DOUGHNUTS. When I went to pick up my order, they didn't have it ready, and they almost ran out of the Berry doughnuts, not because of the preorders, because they put them out to the public. They should've filled the preorders first, since these orders had already paid paid! . The girl said that they had no more STRAWBERRY SHORTCAKE CRUMBLE. That was the one really wanted to taste. I drove far to pick up my order. and they disappointed me. How does one do that to a customer? It cost more for these berry donuts, than regular ones. She tried to compensate me with other donuts, but no extra. which I'm not sure she could compensate, since I did not get 4 berry ones in my order, the ones I paid for already. These fancy are more expensive. She also made a double comment, she said it's first come, first served. Meaning whomever walks in the door first. Well, no! The first served is the PREPAID CUSTOMERS! My order was taped on the box for goodness sakes?!

I can't believe you guys closed at 3 PM on national donut Day this is so disgusting of a company to run a promotion and not be open then hours that they generally accomplish

Drive them 35 minutes first thing this morning to krispy kreme issaquah to glazed our two favorite donuts-maple and old fashion abd they were from both choices!

It's simple, but always delicious. this krispy kreme location participated in the free donuts for good quality deal. so everyone a they get, they can get a free classic donut! So I could get these donuts for free and they were very pleasant. the teig was soft and damp and it had the right amount glaze on it. so a great program, I am glad that krispy kreme it has, thank you for the donuts
