We had the best time!! We were upgraded to a suite when we checked in, which was nice and clean and had everything we needed! The staff was so friendly from the time we checked in til the time we checked out. Especially Jarvis at the bar!!! She’s the absolute best and made our stay that much more enjoyable! Rooms: I requested a quiet room when I was reserving. However, the loud noise of the room is 100 percent not acceptable. 1) The noise of exhausted fan in the bathroom is super loud and there is no switch to turn it off. 2) We heard every footsteps, door slamming and all sort of noise from the corridor and upstairs. The noise is not only at night but in the morning too. The hotel has a structural problem! We will never go back. Rooms: 1 Service: 2 Location: 4

Typical hotel room. Has an outdoor pool. Some parts are showing wear and other parts look good. Our room had a poorly painted wall showing spots where gouges had been. Also there were substantial stains on the bathroom wall and on the deck couch. Front desk staff at checkout made us feel like we were interrupting her morning and then made a big deal about having to print out a receipt. The lady at checkin was friendly and helpful.
