Ordered in the app, got to the drive thru was informed they don't have any sugar free options for coffee. After politely indicating I didn't want anything else thing else the cashier asked me if I wanted my money back.....(it sure wasn't a donation to MCDs)Cashier was pleasant enough but I was bummed there was no SF coffee.
Service is incredibly slow, sitting in line for over 10 minutes didn't even take my order yet. Very frustrating
Bought mocha Frappuccino with 2 shots of espresso on app. Went through drive thru and they said sorry our espresso machine is broken and ill have to take the $1.80 loss lol. I called back a week later and asked if I could get money back or have the espresso added to another order. And she laughed and said no and hung up. Horrible experience. I was a regular customer too. NOT ANYMORE...
