This place really went downhill. We order a lot to go and many times our order lacks ingredients. The ingredients can also often be distinguished. Recently I ordered the new chicken sandwich and there was hardly any sauce on it. The chicken was well cooked and extremely dry. I ordered me to choose two to have the green goddess Salat with him. I was notified before the time that they were from tomatoes, but the salad came without onions and egg and so I basically got a salad with chicken, bacon and three of the smallest pieces Avocado I?ve ever seen in my life and that was it. Is that really the green goddess Salat?? My husband's chicken sandwich came without the spicy buffalo sauce, the signature sauce of the sandwich? I'm done with this place now and I don't think I'm going to order this Panera for a very long time.
As a person that used to work for the company I was very dissatisfied with this store. Cashier told me I couldn't have my sandwich on my preferred bread because she hadn't sliced it yet which by the way takes two minutes per loaf. souffle was cold and my overeasy egg sandwich was busted which made my bread soggy. It's very easy to not pop the yolk if you are actually trying to follow procedures. Store had an old mop smell and the cashier put my for here order to go.... Lack of attention and effort is what made this visit so unpleasant.
I have always loved Panera but today I was eating my soup (not paying attention) and choked on plastic. It was a pretty big piece of plastic and it seemed like it was melted together in places. I ate 1/2 of the soup before I realized there was plastic in it so I?m nervous as to how many small pieces I might have eaten before that. It makes me sick thinking back to literally pulling plastic out of my throat at work. I don?t know how employees miss something that?
Went in Saturday to get two pumpkin muffins and two tomato soups and grill cheese sandwiches to go. Muffins were placed in a brown bag without a box, container, or anything to seperate them. I had never had that happen at any other location. I did not receive a receipt at the register when given the muffins, which I did not look at when the bag was given to me, and when I asked for one I was told that it would be with the other part of my order. It was not. I am very disappointed in not getting one. Customer service needs to be improved.
