Smithfield 's Chicken 'n -b-q

I wasn't impressed with the food. The fries did not have much flavor. Chicken was good but greasy.

Delaney and staff were so incredible. She made our experience so personal and cordial. She checked on us multiple times and was very attentive. 3 different staff members asked us if we needed anything. The chicken was so juicy and delicious and I felt like I was being spoiled. Thank you will be back again!

I went in drive threw and found the staff to be very friendly and smiling. Great job and thank you for making my day. Please pay these employees more.

We have traveled from WA to NC, and this was our first outing out. We were welcomed with a warm smile and a hello. We did have a small problem with our order, but the entire team stepped up to ensure we were taken care of. We'd like to give a very BIG thank you to Mr. Hill, he was awesome! Amazing customer service, polite, and stopped by the table twice to ensure we had everything we needed. The food and atmosphere were great. We will definitely be back!

Drive thru Sunday night before going to church slow slow slow, so many people pulled over waiting that parking lot was blocked got our order wrong. Just not good. We ate weekly at the old Smithfield’s before they rebuilt and NEVER had anything but exceptional service and food. Maybe y’all need to go back to the way it was. We will go to Moore’s I guess.
