Taco Bell - Jacksonville

Worst taco bell ever. I ordered a party box Supreme Tacos 6 reg crunchy 6 nacho locos. I ALSO ordered extra 3 cheese blend on all tacos. I ordered 2 Carmel apple empanada and a cinnamon twist. Got home opened it up swear I got 1 just ONE nacho loco taco in the pack of 12, I got 1 ONE taco with extra cheese most of the tacos didnt even have a teaspoon of meat. No Carmel apple thing and Not Supreme I paid Extra for supreme No tomato No spur cream they messed up the whole order and our dinner. Look at the One taco with extra cheese and the size of the two next to it. Rediculous

The location I visited at the University of Boulevard was fine. Some of my foods came hot while some of them barely arrived at lukewarm. The portions on my chalupa made me feel that I usually ate tortilla. There was a decent long waiting period to get my food, considering that there are only two customers in front of me. That means the staff was friendly and polite, and the food that was served hot was delicious and well made.

I went there for the first time today because I had a desire for soft tacos. I found out a few days ago that they brought back the Nacho cheeses and I was so happy. I went on Sunday to come to find out that it was sold out was somehow disappointed, so I went back today and got very lucky they have today, but they have a limit of 2 boxes for them I understand because its most popular items. Another good thing is that we are required in the middle of the pandemic and social distance so that they have stickers on the table, say that you can not sit there only those who have no sticker you can sit. I was amazed. The food was fresh and the fries were delicious. Keep it on guys and stay sick for more. PS, please don't set the Nacho cheese berries?

Placed our order on the kiosk as told. Paying cash so we had to wait for someone to decide we were important enough and come finalize the order and collect payment. Order doesn't begin being made until payment is collected. We stood around for 15 min waiting to pay, then had to wait on our food, which we were never told was sitting on the counter to pick up, for about 10 min. And this is what they think they need a raise in minimum wage to do??
