Village Bread Cafe - Jacksonville

Been driving by this place for 2 years and we finally stopped in! I definitely regret not coming here sooner. The owner is extremely nice and helpful and the food is amazing. Hard to find good,fresh, small business restaurants now but we have found our new sunday spot.

Absolutely love this restaurant! One of my favorite places to grab a bite to eat. From breakfast to lunch. It is ran by an amazing family. The staff is amazing, super kind and respectful. Highly recommend stopping by you will not regret.

I live close by but had never tried this place because I assumed it was just a sit-down restaurant for lunch and dinner. However, it's actually a fantastic fast-casual spot that serves breakfast and lunch all day long. The staff, including the girl taking our orders and the woman with short hair managing the dining area, were both warm and friendly. Our food arrived at the table in just a few minutes and looked amazing. The chicken salad was incredible, served on grilled multigrain bread, with fresh, crunchy vegetables. I'm thrilled to have found a new lunch spot so close to home. We were in and out in just 35 minutes—hard to beat that!

Food is delicious! Biscuits are so tasty soft! I don’t have to add any condiment on It. We are big fans of the hash brown, French toast, and grits as well! Friend and professional service.

I ordered the omelet with avocado and hash browns, and it was delicious. My son chose the ciabatta breakfast sandwich and finished it in no time. My husband ordered the corned beef hash with hash browns but felt the portions were on the small side. Overall, I would definitely be interested in going back to Deerwood Bistro... just without my husband, lol.
