Ihop - Janesville

We had the most uncomfortable experience today. Service was just fine, however we got put in the tiniest seats, there were ants on the table, and clogged toilets in the restrooms. Definitely disappointed with how gross it was inside.

Never brought us our highchair. Had to get it myself. High chairs were all dirty, so I had to wipe it down myself. My glass for my drink, you could feel was dirty on the outside. Made me question drinking the beverage. Service and food came out quick. Not the cleanest Ihop I've been to it seemed.

Paying for meal needs improvement. Had to wait for waitress to take payment.

The toilets were very dirty, it is a family restaurant so we go with our small children, it is unhealthy that they do not clean the bathrooms.

The bathrooms were really dirty as well as the restaurant floor.The attention and good food.
