My wife and I have been obsessed with Miso Hungry after having some ramen at Jay Peak one cold and wintery day. It warmed us up and was sooo delicious! We also enjoy concerts 100% more when they are offering food at events at Shelburne Museum! We are now blessed with their company up at Bolton and oh my goodness and I can’t even tell you how mouth watering the Japanese Onigri is paired up with a cup of miso soup! It really is the perfect treat on a wintery day after hitting the slopes. We’re looking forward to many trips and good eats from Miso Hungry and Miso Kome!
Delicious and hearty! Fresh food for sure. This places adds to the options in the local area, the Miso Soup was excellent (I like to add a dash of Soy Sauce) and the pickled celery was irresistible. I wish they canned and sold it.
Imagine you spent a day on the slope, coming down cold and tired, and there it is, an authentic Ramen shop right in front of you. Words can barely describe the warmth and filling of the noodle in your mouth.
Must go in jay peak. Simple ramen menu, but each ramen is full of flavor. I think it’s real broth from pork and chicken, it has soul. Noodle, egg and pickles are also good. It might not the greatest ramen in the world but it’s greatest after ski.
