Mcalister's Deli - Jefferson City

I love McAlister's. I like the chicken salad the most, but love their potatoes. I've never gotten anything I've didn't like.

When eating in, food is always out hot, fast, and correct. We ordered it take out frequently, and our orders are always missing pickles. (I love their pickles) Staff are always friendly.

I thought the food here was quite good but I was blown away by the customer service. I don’t know if I’ve ever seen a friendly cashier than Jacob. He made it a delight to eat there. You guys are lucky I’m not hiring anyone cause I’d steal him away.

They at least had two cashiers over lunch today and it helped move the line so much faster. Much appreciated

One would think if you order nachos even if it's from a potato restaurant, that they would put melted cheese over the chips! Nope!! They threw a small dash of shredded cheese NOT melted on top. Gave us a cup of melted cheese on the side. Very disappointed
