The food and the service left nothing to be desired, we and our guests were totally thrilled. We were well looked after in advance and were able to benefit from the great experience of Toni and Susi. We were able to enjoy the party and knew that we didn't have to worry about anything. Thank you very much for the great food and the great service. THANKS!!! We can only praise Gourmet Party Service Bracher AG and are happy to recommend them.
I've been there several times now. I would say: average. The host couple is very friendly. However, the salad buffet and the quality of the salads are unsatisfactory for me. All in all, I would say the whole thing resembles a Coop restaurant. Just a little worse. It's not bashing, just my impression.
We had the “Moossee” buffet on my birthday. simply perfect, all guests were thrilled. The potato gratin was amazing and cannot be beaten. Thank you very much S. and T. Bracher, you're doing great.
Because of a corona test, I went to Dr. in a very desperate state. Wyss drove to Jegensdorf. I had never been there before and couldn 't find house number 41, only 39. I was in a large, empty park area and didn 't see anyone where I could have asked. I left my little Kia Picanto in a parking lot and searched on foot... in vain... deserted. So I called the practice again and was directed to the second floor of the building next door, where I was given the test and then I was back in the car. In this incredibly short moment I had two pieces of paper on my window with a fine of CHF 40. I looked for the entrance to the Party Service Restaurant and met the ice cold, heartless and unfriendly Ms. Bracher, who could not feel any sympathy and insisted on the CHF 40. via bank transfer or CHF 20. in cash. She was right before the law in my Corona stricken state, I didn 't realize that I shouldn 't have parked there... not even to ask for help and information, which can happen. So she rightly won CHF 20. But what are CHF 20 compared to a permanent position as in house caterer at the Eventforum Bern? She had no idea who I was. But not even when I told her who I was did she insist on the fine. Among other things, I am co founder and co owner of the Eventforum Bern with space for over 500 people and I also brought Business Lunch in Münchenbuchsee on board as an in house caterer. Unfortunately, this wonderful collaboration came to an end due to the owner 's retirement and I would have liked to consider this party service as a successor. Our regular customers are mainly federal offices, federal councilors, state secretaries, ambassadors, the Federal Office of Public Health and we look after VIPs and everyone who has rank and name in politics, business, medicine, etc. There 's also an event going on today with 250 people and I 'm out due to illness. Unfortunately, Ms. Bracher preferred to take the money rather than the chance to become one of the event forum Bern 's in house caterers. But I see this unpleasant incident as a protection against that, because it shows you character traits in which all the red lights come on and warn: Hands off! Everything can be ok with the food and the price but if there are problems, then you have to dress warmly with Ms. Bracher when you book her party service. In this business, friendliness, generosity and warmth are a prerequisite in order to be able to treat the customer as king and to be able to treat other people with love in everyday life. I 'm also a pastor 's wife and I asked her if she couldn 't have any compassion for me (I was feeling really bad with my corona symptoms) and if she really wanted to insist on the fine... it would definitely have consequences for her a blessing for her in the good, but also in the bad, because no good comes from ruthlessness... She remained tough. I probably need some more time to process this encounter with Ms. Bracher, because something like that has never happened to me in my life. I would be happy to give Ms. Bracher the chance to make amends for this, and then I will delete this entry.
Unfortunately very unfriendly. Too bad and unnecessary
