Contribuer aux commentairesThe customer service was terrible at this restaurant, the store was disorganized, and the manager refused to help because she was too busy. I will never spend money at this Sheetz again, even though I used to spend $80-$100 there every week for lunch. Never again.
I visited this restaurant to share my safety concerns with a manager but ended up speaking to the hospitality manager, Jimmy. When I requested to speak to a higher-up manager, I was denied and Jimmy was rude, dismissive, and disrespectful. If it were up to me, I would have fired him on the spot.
It's a good place for a quick stop for to go hot sandwiches and snacks. Hangout for free WiFi small tables outside to eat smoke and something cool too drink. Also gasoline. It's a lovely place.
The customer service is always excellent and the food is delicious.
Employees here are quick, but the bathrooms could use some more attention
