This nice fellow worker did the laufwerk thru and commanded. she was super sweet and beaten despite all the work. did not get her name, but she was great!

This is a good white castle but has two major flaws: 1. 50% of the time, the food is made hastily and the buns are way too soggy. I understand the steamed bun, but there are times where it 's straight up wet. 2. This location is shown as a 24hour location. However, there have been at least 6 times when I pulled up at 2 or 3am, employees are there, lights are on, and someone at the drive thru says I 'm sorry, we 're not taking orders right now. No reason given. Basically just get lost, we aren 't making food . Not sure if it 's lazy employees or inventory, but I never get a reason so..... I go here when I have no other choice. I have chosen the Checkers next door at times just to avoid the wet food or the disappointment of them not taking orders arbitrarily.

After the newly remodeled the concept they came up is dumb for Drive thru is very unnecessary the wait tome is ridiculous i waited in line for 25 minutes for fast food they really need to go back to the old setup it’s no way you should have to wait on your food that long this is not chick fa la or Portillo ‘s smh

My order was not right at all after I repeated myself 3 times I wish I could say it was busy, but it wasn't 4 o'clock my order 6 double jalapeños cheeseburger 2 chicken sandwiches with cheese and instead I got dry hair and slides were made in a hurry love that came after work to wc but unfortunately did not know what was obviously fus*
