Mcdonald's - Joplin

Went thru the drive thru had a wait. but eating was hot and fresh. Food: 5/5

We had the worst experience ever at McDonald’s! When we got there drive through backed up so husband goes inside to place order 1 Big Mac extra sauce well there was hardly any sauce and it looked like they tried to scrape it off yuck! 2 large orders of fries which are $7.78 alone together and they were lukewarm on top and Ice cold on bottom I always eat my fries first off out of the bag on the way home didn’t have time to cold yuck again plus I always get a cup of Mac sauce which we paid for not in bag $0.30 then 1 double quarter pounder my husband said was the driest he’d eaten he went in kitchen and used our condiments to help it so basically we donated $22.46 to McDonald’s! Definitely not worth that kind of money! They charge us more and Skimp on our food!

Evidently the ladies were swamped. By a school bus. And they missed my order. Oh well things happen. They were very apologetic and hooked me up .Food: 5/5

Food was good. But they were very very busy, short staffed and no straws or napkins available.

Don't ask for nothing extra and expect rude if you are not quick enough grabbing your food. The manager must be their good buddy cause comolaing gets you nowhere. If I get an urge for hamburger and fries I'll go elsewhere or cook it at home
