Every employee we encountered was smiling and genuinely happy to help us.It all starts with the bun. The sandwiches come on a toasted milk bun, which I have never experienced but immediately thought Where have you been all my life? . It 's the perfect amount of tender fluffy. Just wait, you 're not ready: Oh, and I really appreciate the vegetarian option of impossible sausage.Okay, so here 's what we tried, and our take, in no particular order...Scramble Me Softly classic egg sandwich made with the fluffiest eggs I 've ever had, piled high on a toasted milk bun with the perfect amount of seasoning, melted cheese and even caramelized onions. Yum! 2 thumbs up.Bacon Egg and Cheese hubs loved this one (I 'm not a meat eater and couldn 't believe how much bacon could actually fit on a sandwich. I believe copious was the word he used...and he ate every bite lol. Another thumbs up.The Country Fried Chicken yummmm, perfectly cooked buttermilk fried chicken on top of an egg, with warm dill pickles (not a fan of pickles on a sandwich but this really works! . This comes with a side of sausage gravy, which I didn 't try, but hubs devoured with every dip. 2 thumbs up.The Ben Franklin think Eggs Benedict (I see what they did here : . While hubs loved the presentation almost as much as the taste, I tried just the egg English muffin slathered in hollandaise sauce with truffle arugula, and it was pure joy for my taste buds. We gave this 2 keys up (see what we did here? The Breakfast Sausage Burrito with Impossible Sausage hmmm, perhaps this was my favorite. A masterpiece for the taste buds loaded with eggs, beer battered potatoes (what?!? cheese, impossible sausage (yes you can get regular sausage all wrapped up in a warm tortilla that I dipped it in a spicy salsa verde. Perfection.Since all food is cooked fresh to order be prepared to wait just a few minutes longer than fast food, but it WORTH THE WAIT...while you enjoy the light, bright and fun decor with lively music playing.I greatly appreciate the community focused, locally sourced food prepared with love. Please give this restaurant a try. We need more mall businesses like this in our community. I can 't wait to come back and try some lunch menu items and perhaps a beer too. Yep, they even have beer.Vegetarian options: Impossible sausage
The food here was great. had to come back twice. we need one in Az. we will always come back when we visit CA.
We live in Boston, three years ago, we were looking for a breakfast place near our hotel. Once my family and I tasted Eggbread, we keep retuning here year after year!! We always get the waffles, the avocado toast.. anything we tried here is a home run! Only if we had Eggbread in the east coast!! The atmosphere is great beautiful green wall, cute decorations. Love their Christmas three with eggs as ornaments. We ate here today and will prob be back every other day until we return back home!
Paid 33$ and waited 45 minutes for an egg sandwich and avocado toast (also had a drink). Food came out cold because they forgot about our order until I asked about it. Never going back.
I’ve eaten here 3 times and EVERY time the wait is FOREVER!Usually 30 plus mins! This morning I stopped when they first opened. It took 22 mins to receive a breakfast burrito! I honestly can’t wrap my head around why the wait is so long.
