Contribuer aux commentairesYesterday just by sitting waiting for a job interview nearby, the terrible customer service I seen and heard made me not want to spend a dime there. They definitely need to demonstrate better customer service, or replace them with people who can provide better service.
Customer service means the world to me this place is very professional and efficient and the food is delicious lots to choose from
On many days during the week, the La Brea and Jefferson location closes around midnight.
THE FOOD IS ALWAYS HOT AN FRESH WHEN U ORDER . AN ITS ALSO NEVER SEE ANYONE INSIDE EATING AND ITS ALWAYS CLEAN IN THE EATING AREA!!!!
Literally still sitting in the drive thru 15 mins so far. No one greeted me even though I said hello and asked if they were open, so I pulled forward only for them to service the person behind me the second I moved. This is ridiculous. I went inside and she told me that it's because of the microphones they are using, that they cut in and out and they can't control it.
