Interesting but no cigar. Good vibe and liberal atmosphere. Service is too slacking. Ramen can’t receive traditional blessings. Bold and new however. A creative approach.
Love the yuzu chicken ramen. The soup was my favorite and love the texture of the noodle with a chew. Grill riceball was also very good. Service is not the best. First round of the order, they missed 2 items, then we made additional order and they missed again. Toro sushi was also really good and melts in my mouth. The best meal I had this trip.
Absolutely excellent. Sushi, ramen, and katsu for the keiki. Managed to stand out even among all the other very good restaurants in Waimea. Wish I had a Moa's at home.
We went on a Saturday without a reservation and had to wait 15 minutes but it was well worth it. The egg drop soup was killer and the vegetarian ramen broth was rich and flavorful. Will definitely be going back to try the sushi and have another serving of the egg drop soup.
