A busy Saturday night- staff courteous, efficient, warm and helpful. Our waiter, Nathaniel, made the experience a delightful one!
I can't comment on the food because we never received it and after waiting an hour, we finally left. Our food was delivered to another table, we were told multiple times it was coming any minute. Our waitress finally came to tell us what happened and said it would be 4 more minutes. 10 minutes later, a manager finally came by (this is after 3 tables who sat and ordered after us received their food) and told us that our food was being expedited. When my husband asked how much longer? She couldn't confirm if it would be 15, 20 or 30 minutes. We couldn't stick around any longer and had to leave. While they offered to comp our meal, we didn't have the time to wait. Customer service 101- while I feel a lot of things could have occurred differently to lessen the poor experience the one suggestion I'd leave is... the manager should have offered up a gift card for a future meal. This was our first experience and now our last.
Unique flavor offerings with excellent personal service. Worth the visit to enjoy a delicious meal.
I love it! I had been dreaming about a staycation at the Loews for months! My hubby finally booked us a 1 night escape. We stayed in the hotel and thoroughly enjoyed this restaurant. It's gorgeous, clean, fancy but not threatening. I have to say my non cultured eye struggled to pronounce most of the menu but it didn't affect my wonderful experience. The staff was friendly and attentive. The food was nothing short of spectacular. I had the duck ragu. It was the first time I ever had duck and it was one if the best dishes I have ever tasted. The menu changes every 3 months. That is exciting but also a bit sad as I would want the same dish over and over. I also had the Senor pumpkin to drink. Delicious. Not too sweet but sweet enough to be super yummy. Strong but didn't taste strong and just the right amount of bubbles. I want another right now. I'll be begging my hubby for another night out before the menu changes. For dessert we ordered the pumpkin swirl cheesecake. It was cool. Very small, nice presentation though. Served with caramel, whipped cream and a couple small mocha crisps (coffee beans covered in chocolate). It was underwhelming though after being blown away by the drink and entree if I'm being honest.
