The music and service were excellent, the restrooms were clean, and the food was delicious. There was plenty of parking available. The only slight issue was that the location can be a little tricky to find at night using Google Maps, as it may take you to the back of the building instead of the front entrance. However, once you find it, you'll see the front of the building. The parking lot could use more lighting, as it feels a bit dark and shady. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience.
The customer service at this restaurant is lacking. Charlton's people skills are poor and he is very ignorant. We will not be coming back. As a military family, we had higher expectations. It is unacceptable, military or not.
The staff was very welcoming and provided a fantastic dining experience. The French fries were absolutely delicious.
It was taking kinda long at first to get shoe's but I think that is how evey bowling alley is so yeah and then when me and my siblings and cousins and antie's and uncle's were bowling the thing was messed up at first and then the guy had to go and fix both bowling stations so yeah
I was there with my family, and we already had a good experience with the front desk, those ladies were sweet and customer service oriented. The lane itself had a few issues, it felt like we had to hit the reset button a LOT when others just kept going, but the employees were understanding and even personable. It was when the power went out that really sold this place. We were insistent on paying cuz we had a great time, but they couldn't use a card, and they only charged us for 2 games when we were playing 3. We paid for 3 plus. This place is awesome. Good food too, we all gravitated towards it when the power went down and we finished every bit of it. If I could rate higher I would.
