I was put in an awkward situation because of their lackluster attitude. I got a promotional email that they are offering almost twenty-five percent discount. I along with my colleagues, fifteen in total reached and the food was served. When we asked for the bill it was more than we had expected and when asked why aren't you giving us discount they replied that the discount had expired two days ago. Even there were large banners of discounted price but they didn't bother to remove them. Well, luckily I had enough cash with me and the situation went well but the unprofessional attitude on part of such a big name is uncompromising.
