Excellent food, very low prices and very helpful and polite staff. The perfect hangout! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
Beautiful place, good service, but the food says something else on the menu and something else comes to the table. Ichli kefte no relation and not at all tasty lahmanjoon no relation to the lahmanjoons I know, but it was good, kabab no contact with kebab but good. Only the state variety was correct. I don't like ordering more and more coming...in the end we ask for the bill and he tells us around €50. No receipt or paper showing us the charge. Nothing. Other prices in the price list and others charged. We don't chew grass Next time I'll go prepared. If they see me again. The wine was listed as 5.50e per half kilo, the state variety 12.00e, I'm sorry that they answer with audacity. (Rude waiter, mediocre food, slow service. I don 't recommend . I don 't usually write reviews, and even negative ones, but here it is necessary, out of respect for at least the three 90+ and 90-year-olds who were among our 11-member group. So after I have traveled to about 30 countries inside and outside Europe, there was a very young waiter (probably a member of the family business? who with his rudeness, arrogant and in any case unacceptable behavior forced me to write a negative review, aided of course by the mediocre food. Let me explain: So the waiter came to bring us as usual some empty water glasses with a bottle of bottled water from a well-known local company (with three syllables, I won 't name it for obvious reasons . I ask him if he can bring us some other company 's bottled water, because I didn 't want that particular one. He answered me in the negative, so considering that this is how they operate in catering with their respective suppliers and it is not possible to have everything, I simply asked him to bring us a jug from the tap. When he replied that this was also not possible since they didn 't have...jugs, I suggested to him as a solution that he use a jug like the ones I see the store has for bulk wine, while when he refused again I asked him to at least bring us 4-5 glasses filled with tap water. After I believed that I had won the battle and succeeded as a customer in convincing him, he returned with incredible persistence and style with a full glass and some empty ones that accompanied them with the same above bottled, even telling me that only a small glass can bring us full of water faucet due to store policy. The climax: without hesitation and without any trace of respect for the company and even though he was addressing someone possibly his father 's age, he turns around and tells me that I also have a problem!!! If this as a customer at least does not exceed me then what else should I write and what should I describe??? Honestly, I have never encountered anything like this anywhere, anywhere in the world, either in humble restaurants or in some higher class ones. Out of respect for the company, there was no further action on my part, even though I thought of complaining to the store management and leaving. If contrary to the popular saying the customer is never right in such a minor claim with no value in terms of cost, instead of accepting the insult, then what will he expect to collect for example if he complains that some dishes are not were they eaten because they were hard or coated in sauces of dubious quality? What will he expect, for example if he complains that it is not possible to serve the dish with your thumb in the food? (where are you big Harry Clynn for the older ones to remember the waiter 's finger that had it in the soup after previously having it somewhere else . What will he expect, for example, if he complains that you don 't serve wine or alcohol in general without even a rudimentary mezedaki, since the order is specified that it will take a long time? In conclusion, it was the first and last time in this particular shop. So to be fair some dishes were delicious like the Caesaria patties. Almost all the main meats were burnt (ok, I 'll excuse it, coals are difficult, and the best grillers have accidents . Some were lean and tough like the beef fillets and some were average like the burger. The sweet treat at the end, of course, cannot reverse the ugly image. Finally, if someone has not really tasted Asia Minor flavors in their country or even somewhere authentic in Greece, they may think that they have done so in this particular place as it advertises itself. (1 star for obnoxious waiter, (2- stars for below average food, p.o. (1 star Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: €15–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
