We ordered: •Falafel plate: tasty with their hummus and tahini sauce. •Arayes: this was really nice but the problem it was over burnt from one side. •Kabab Keshkash: delicious as well as the rice. Overall was nice and staff were friendly.
I was not expecting a lot for being located in a shopping mall, but the food was good and portions abundant (as you can see from the picture). I had lamb knee with rice and nuts and it was really good: the meat was soft and roasted right enough not to get too dry, there was a lot of sauce to be eaten with the rice served together. The lamb, half a liter of water and the tip was about 13€: not too bad for the amount of food and for the type of restaurant. However, I did not like that the10% tip was imposed: this sounds really discriminatory towards whoever speaks English only.. Another bad side is that at 10 pm the restaurant closes and they tend to kick you out with almost no mercy and rushing. But I would say this is standard customer service in Czech Republic.
Fail to understand why this place is rated low on Zomato but the food here is very good. The service was a little slow but the food more than made up for it. Would have given 0.5 more but for the service. Ordered the falafel, tabbouleh, fattoush and beiruti. All of the above were good especially the beiruti. The bread was not as soft as expected but the rest of it made up for it. The service was a little slow and could have been a little better.
You know you've lived too long in the UAE when you are out of the country and crave Arabic food. We were at the Palladium mall and could not resist visiting this place. The restaurant is located on the 2nd level close to the Food court however has a separate seating area with decent interiors. We called for a mutabel, hummus and Kabab khash khash. Unlike the UAE the breads are to be ordered as well. The food came in all together and the breads were fresh and hot from the oven. The hummus was alright but a little dry (seemed extra special for that moment though). The mutabel was good. The Kababs were a little hard and not so tasty. Decent place overall but I would avoid the mutton kababs next time. Did not try the chicken as we were told that the chicken was not halal.
