Contribuer aux commentairesAn invitation led us to Karlskron today. Located directly on the main road, at the church is the agritourism. This has been in family business for 100 years. There is also a boarding house opposite. The entrance is reached by 9 steps, the toilets are located in the basement. There are parking spaces in front of the house, nearby there are also public. Service We were kindly greeted by a lady in the dirndl and brought to the table. She was also responsible for us all night. Others were responsible for serving for dinner. We got the tickets and time to pick up drinks. At the order pickup there was a hint, lettuce can be taken at the buffet. Beverages deferred went without problems, empty plates were quickly cleared, there was time and again to ask if everything would fit. Special requests were accepted with a smile. We were very worried and felt as a welcome guest. Food The menu consists of leaves that are clamped in a red envelope. It includes for each category a few dishes, also vegan. The dessert card was served as a papyrus rolled. We had special drink, water, Dornfelder and Willi. To eat the Bavarian festive soup with three different inserts (3,50€, potato pumpkin cream soup refined with Styrian pumpkin seed oil and pumpkin seeds (3,90€, the steak from the Bavarian bull ends with roasted onions croquettes and salad (16,90€ and wild goulash with roasted mushrooms in Rahm, Spätzle and HP. The wine was served in a carafe, the water unfortunately in the glass. The Willi was a piece of pear. In the feast day soup there were liver parrots, pancakes and vet sugars. The broth would be made themselves and had a good taste, just like the 3 inserts. Pancakes nicely cut thin, liver spets of beautiful consistency and roasted nappy nicely fluffy. The potato pumpkin cream soup was very tasty, tasted slightly after pumpkin, which came out more refined by the pumpkin seed oil. The roasted pumpkin seeds gave a crunch with them. She had a great consistency and was beautifully tasted. The steak was ordered medium and came like that. In addition, there was a slightly pepper-sweet, dark sauce. Croquettes, good TK goods as we suspect and lay on the plate. The wild goulash also had a very good taste, the meat butterfly in a very well tasted, slightly creamy sauce. There were fresh fried different mushrooms. Late zels were served here extra, also suspect a finished product, they almost had no taste. Salad there was a buffet, so around the ten varieties and 3 different dressings to choose from. Some finished products are also used here. The food is great if you would make the supplements and some salads yourself. Four stars. Ambiente You enter the restaurant and a door left hand grants entry to the guest room with gift. You'll get to the Schäferstube. A bright room with wood cladding and a border with sheep on it. On the outside there is a large corner bench and in front the tables and chairs. The corner bench makes you variable when placing the tables. On the tables there are white middle blankets, on it a vase with fresh flowers, pepper mill and salt shaker, a stand with pen and note with faces on it to be able to make an assessment. The table was already covered with cutlery and simple violin napkins. Everything is beautifully decorated rurally. We liked it, 4 stars. Cleanliness There was nothing to complain about, even not on the toilets, 5 stars
