Vellore Fried Chicken - Kātpādi

Though a bit expensive the taste of the Tandori Fried chicken was really nice. They had also provided us with BBQ sauce which was also nice to taste.

I really liked the green chutni over the chiken tandorri tikka masala which was very tasty. Even the salad came with it as complimetary was really nice. Nice place to have non veg snacks and meals. Staff was bit adamant and not very attentive.

In order to have good fried chicken, you should wash and season the bird the morning you're preparing it for dinner. Don't wait and do it right before you start cooking. Throw it in the refrigerator, seasoned, that morning, and give it a chance to soak up all the salt and pepper and goodness. VFC serves this....

Try not to opt this restaurant even by mistake. Kinda irritated.. I guess I shouldn't even be writing about this place.. But then since its for others.. If it helps them then yes I should be considerate.

The worst food and a big hole to your purse.Just never step in as i had a very bad experience with the food quality and service.Not at all a good hotel in all means.Total turn down
