China Inn Cafe - Katy

I've been a good customer of China Inn for many years, but I'm probably not going to order again soon! I always order the shrimp with vegetables and ask them to add garlic to the sauce and really enjoy it so prepared. I haven't had a problem till today. The shrimp and vegetable dish was terrible! No sauce and absolutely no taste! It was like they cooked everything together in water! I had delivered him because I couldn't drive myself. When I called to let them know that it wasn't boiled in the regular sauce and I didn't get my fried rice, I was told that the cook said that he cooked it as usual and that they're sorry I don't like it. We went back and forth a few minutes, and then I decided to just torture it to a bad experience and never go back! Terrible customer service for a long-term customer. I know how this dish should look and taste, because as I said, it's all I've ever ordered from them because I like it so much. My husband and I were customers since they opened up from Grand Parkway.

From this place ordered twice a week. Loved how well my orders came out and appreciate the huge portions of food! I could enjoy the rest the next day. Katy area has to experience her China Inn in particular!

Service was excellent! Beautiful and quiet atmosphere. The food was absolutely delicious! We have the house Low mine and the pepper steak with crab ringoon. Everything had a great taste! Will definatley comes back!

Decided to give this place another attempt. I've been a customer for two years, and I've been living a little bit far now, so I'll get food ordered by Uber when I've been scraping around the area. But her customer service is terrible. The first time that my order was ready, they had waited me 40 min because they never send the order to the kitchen. And now this time was practically shouted to pick up my order from her pick-up! If you don't want people to grab the food they ordered, you just don't have the pick-up on the front. The food is good, but it is not worth being yelled at lol, no wonder they never have customers inside.
