Tim Hortons - Kawartha Lakes

The Tim Hortons in Fenelon Falls is extremely rude and unfriendly. Someone needs to address this issue before it negatively impacts their business.

I go every morning to tim hortons, in which rule the staff are very friendly and service is great. now not today, I tried to show the older dame on the car, thru a photo of the overflowing garage at the drive thru, she says rudely "I...know", I said okay, she goes, we are short served so we can't handle it. I said it's been like this all week, I just thought they should know it'll fall out everywhere. she's okay, we changed it last night. she goes, that's only 6 hours. I said I doubt it's only six hours, and she's trying rudely to tell me. at first she didn't even say good morning a hallo, was rude at the beginning, I even debated her showing, and that's the customer service I get. it takes 5 minutes for a worker to empty the mülle. Maybe the manager should take care of their loading if this is the way the outside looks, I can imagine how the inner is. if they are briefly insulted, how can they clean the inner then? absolutely rough.

I get my coffee every morning at the fenlon tim. the personal is always fast and friendly. this morning when I came in, a young girl was in the money. I told her good morning and she stared at me. I gave. her my order and she pushed me the coffee over the counter. I said thank you and she just ran away. a simple thank you or she would not harm

Fast moving stairs help thirst and hungry customers. sizes and prices differ from the city. find it funny, call head office and said that they price after the market, good reliable products. Contents
