After a few minutes we noticed that no one had cleaned either booth. Then the hostess came back and said she wouldn 't get around to cleaning it for maybe ten or fifteen minutes. It had a really hostile kind of vibe and it felt like they didn 't really want us to stay. So we didn 't.
Bluetail is my go to for my lunch or dinner deliveries. I love the Brussel sprouts dishes and all the creative sushi. Perogies to vegetarian, my personal favs are the ones that have mango. I accidentally got one of my rolls fried and now I do it all the time. Such delicious food.
One of the best Japanese restaurants in Kelowna ! They are also open later than most everyday. I love their Brussels sprouts and their fish is always fresh. Must try their spicy miso soup :
I visited this restaurant for dinner on a Saturday night with my family. Although it was busy, we were promptly greeted and seated at a booth. We ordered the Viking boat for 3 and some green tea. The boat was huge and came with miso and sunomo, both of which were excellent. The next course included gyoza, assorted tempura, and tuna karage, all of which were tasty. The tuna karage was a new favorite for me. Following that, we had sushi, sashimi, and rolls. The sashimi was a good size, but the rolls and sushi were on the smaller side. We were too full for the last course of beef and chicken teriyaki, so we had to take it to go. The decor was modern, the staff were friendly, and the washrooms were clean. Overall, it was a great first meal in Kelowna!
The food is delicious, the service is fast, and the seating is comfortable and private. My favourite dish is the Spicy Miso.
