Subway - Kemptville

I had a fantastic experience at this Subway! Riley went above and beyond to accommodate our allergies, and I truly appreciated her attention to detail. She followed all the best practices to ensure there was no cross-contamination in our meals. At other locations, I haven't felt this same level of confidence. I'll definitely be returning!

Top notch location, and they have breaded chicken too unlike a lot of others. Staff were extremely friendly.

This Subway is bar none the best I've ever been to in the US or Canada. The service is fast, the food service layout is setup spectacularly, and they are amazing at customer service. The man behind the counter on cash knew peoples' names and greeted us just as warmly (even though we've never been here before and may never again as we live 6 hours away). I wish we lived close enough to be regulars!

Served fast food was fresh and delicious. Place was clean and staff was friendly.

The meatball and tuna subway sandwiches are both excellent. I could have given a 4-star rating. The service is decent, but one of the staff members is quite condescending, making you feel belittled. Whenever you ask her to do something, like cutting the sandwich in half, she responds sharply and unkindly, saying, "What! I’ll cut it anyway." It's clear she doesn’t enjoy her job, and I doubt she'll last much longer. Next time, I might give a 4-star rating if she isn’t there to serve the customers. The sandwiches are delicious, and I would rate them 4 stars. The service has improved, and the steak sub is absolutely delicious.
