Contribuer aux commentairesOverall it was good. the service was great, but it was not really busy, even a Friday night. our waitress was exceptionally good. it was very pleasant and very knowledgeable about the extensive menu. great place to catch sport and have a local brew or two. the current owner is about to change the name of the place, but I have high expectations. I recommend giving them an attempt to observe their progress as they help them grow. cheers!
All four dinners were well prepared, no problems and eating was very good. according to my opinion, our service was excellent and a good value. I will come back
It can tell them something that we didn't have annoyed to get a table around 7:40 on a Friday night. in the did this was the first note because the place was over half empty, and yet they passed us past the more beautiful areas and sat right next to another couple, near the kitchen and practically in the bar. They tried to put another group right after us on the other side against us, but they turned right in the kitchen door so that they were moved to the other side of the couple next to us. then the kitchen was given a few minutes later. So, empty tables everywhere in nice dining areas, and four tables that were scratched together next to the bar were filled. I should have moved; I usually do it because I hate sitting in the bar. If I wanted to watch people drink and be bombed with televisions, I would go into a bar. when I go to dinner, I prefer a dining room and not a tw in a more direct view. but that would have brought me closer to the karaoke (more in a minute,) so is it. Eating was just okay. some interesting elements in the menu, and it has potential. but the kartoffels were barely lukewarm and a type of washserver. the rubbed ribs were not very delicate and tasty processed. the blue cheese steak and steak biss appetizers were pretty good. beautiful selection of design beer. my wife wishes that place stop being sniffed and bringing white zinfandel back. the worst part was karaoke began about 20 minutes after our arrival, before our food came. it was too loud. we had to scream over the table to be heard. I know that it is a bar, but c’mon, let the people try to eat in relatiw quiet until about 9 o'clock, what? the night was advised. my sohn is in the high school headline and carries a series of earrings on his keychain. I had to borrow them. that would not really call a family-friendly place. it looks like they make more tavern than restaurant, and that's okay, but that's not our style so we probably won't be back.
City tavern was absolutely fantastic! adam, our server, was warm, personal, but never held to annoy them as I can get them this or I can get them that. very professional and new everything about the menu. the fleets were very generously poured and eating was absolutely fantastic. I had my own pizza and when it was delivered, I think there is no possibility that I will eat all that. well, that I did and it was great. gail had his own burger and it was from this world. if they haven't eaten there yet, they have to check it out. a huge bang for your ass, especially if you're a college student. we're coming back.
The food was great! Creative menu blending sourmtyern tradition and Irish classics. My kids loved it and they are difficult to please. Red Velvet pancakes and southern eggs Benedict were among our favorites. We will be back.
